Camp Marshall Sunday
On June 21, our parish will join churches across the Diocese of Montana in celebrating Camp Marshall Sunday. Camp Marshall, located on beautiful Flathead Lake, has welcomed thousands of campers and retreat guests for nearly eighty years. It remains one of the most vibrant ministries of our diocese—a place where young people encounter God, build friendships, and experience the beauty of creation.
We are invited to support the Camp Marshall Scholarship Fund, which helps ensure that cost is never a barrier for families who want their children to experience camp. A special offering basket will be available at the back of the church on June 21. If you prefer to give electronically, you may donate through Pushpay by choosing Camp Marshall Scholarship Fund from the dropdown list of funds.
Printed schedules for this summer’s camp sessions will be available at the back of the church. Feel free to take one home or share it with a family who might be interested. And if you or your children have attended Camp Marshall in the past, you’re warmly invited to wear your camp swag that Sunday—a simple, fun way to celebrate our shared connection.
The diocese is also collecting stories from those whose lives have been touched by Camp Marshall. If you have a memory to share, you are encouraged to email Caitlin Mallery at [email protected].
Let’s join together in prayer and support for this beloved ministry of our diocese.
