Camosun College Interurban Campus Volunteer Fair -- September 19 2024

Camosun Interurban Volunteer Fair Overview:

We are happy to be back and partnering with Camosun Cooperative Education & Career Services to have this engaging 1-day Volunteer Fair -- where students & faculty are eager to meet non-profits! Come spread the word about your organization & your volunteer opportunities, recruit student & community volunteers, and network with other non-profit agencies. Table set up from 9:30am to 10:00am, Fair runs from10:00am to 1:00pm, table take down from 1:00pm to 1:30pm.

Fair Location:

The fair will be held in the Upper Floor Atrium in the Centre For Business & Access Building at Camosun Interurban. There will be a total of 14 vendor spaces. A table, table cloth and two chairs will be provided at each 'booth'. Three days in advance of the event, a 'vendor map' will be sent to all agencies that have registered showing your booth location, load in instructions, campus map, parking map, and sharing information about the other participating agencies.

Parking:

Parking can be a challenge and parking cost is not included in your registration fee.

Vendors can go to lot P10 to facilitate load in the morning of the event.

Food and Beverage Service:

Light refreshments will be provided and Cafeteria services are available for a self-purchase lunch.
