Franco-Belgian star cellist Camille Thomas joins forces with French pianist Julien Brocal for their latest programme, Rendez-vous.
The first cellist in forty years to sign with Deutsche Grammophon, Camille captivates audiences worldwide with a rare combination of technical finesse and exuberant stage presence. Having won numerous accolades, Camille has released several critically acclaimed albums, including her 2023 release The Chopin Project, which has been streamed over ten million times.
In this recital, two of France’s most brilliant musicians reimagine some of the most iconic works, from Bach/Gounod’s Ave Maria to Saint-Saëns’ The Swan, pairing them with new compositions by these two artists inspired by these classics.

繼2023年於飛躍演奏系列中一票難求的香港首演，法國比利時籍大提琴巨星湯瑪斯（Camille Thomas）再度回歸，攜手法國鋼琴家朱利安・布羅卡帶來最新節目《Rendez-vous》。
作為 40 年來首位與德意志留聲機簽約的大提琴家，湯瑪斯以其精湛的技藝與舞台魅力俘獲全球樂迷。湯瑪斯曾發行多張備受好評的專輯，當中包括串流播放次數已突破千萬的《The Chopin Project》（2023）。在這場備受期待的音樂會中，兩位法國頂尖音樂家將重新詮釋多首古典名曲，從巴赫/古諾的《聖母頌》，到聖桑的《天鵝》，配搭與這些經典交織呼應、受其啟發的全新創作，將為觀眾織就一夜跨時代的深情約會。
