Cameron is a Perth based musician, composer, producer and sound engineer, who studied at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Equipped with a passion for performing and writing, he is a skilled bassist with over twelve years experience. Growing up playing pop and rock music, Cameron’s interests developed to embrace many different styles of music, leading him to become a musical chameleon; at home in any situation. This recital will present some of Cameron's favourite songs, spanning the genres of funk, R&B, jazz fusion and pop. Also on display will be a danceable original piece that takes influence from the afrobeat genre. On stage, he will be joined by some of WAAPA's best musicians which is sure to result in playful musical interaction and inspiring improvisations.
