Cambridgeshire's Strongest will be held on the 17th November at "Nova Performance" We will be running Novice, intermediate & Opens categories
Event 1
Log into Axle Ftoh - 75 seconds
Athletes will complete 1 rep on the log then 1rep on the axle back and forward for repetitions as possible in 75seconds
Female weights
Novice - 45/45kg
Inters - 55/55kg
Opens - 65/65kg
Mens weights
Novice 70/70kg
Inters 90/90kg
Opens 110/110kg
Event 2
Max Deadlift
Athletes will have 3 nominated attempts
Suits, Straps, sleeves, Talc ALLOWED
Event 3
Yoke 10m x 10m
Athletes will take the yoke 10m drop, turn and complete a second 10m
Female weight
Novice - 150kg
Inters - 175kg
Opens - 200kg
Men's weight
Novice - 200kg
Inters - 250kg
Opens - 300kg
Event 4
Farmers Hold for time
Athletes will lift a pair of farmers handles, once they are in a locked out position time will begin, time will stop once the handles hit the floor
Female weights
Novice -50kg
Inters - 65kg
Opens - 80kg
Male weights
Novice - 80kg
Inters - 100kg
Opens - 120kg
Event 5
Max Sandbag to shoulder
Athletes will have a full range of sandbags from 40-150kg+
You will have 60 seconds to shoulder the biggest bag possible
you may lift as many bags as you wish
i.e - you can bank a lighter weight before attempting a bigger bag or attempt a big bag fail and go for another attempt on a lighter bag as long as it is within the time frame
