Welcome to the Cambridgeshire School of Tantra Workshop

All of You is Welcome. In this workshop I will give you the tools to experience a deeper connection within yourself, with others and the divine.

What would it feel like to come home to yourself?
The essence of the workshop is to know that every part of you is welcome and celebrated. That you no longer need to hide, repress or shut down parts of yourself. It is an opportunity where you can be held and witnessed in your full expression connecting in a supportive community.
In this workshop you will explore:
Embodying inner safety within yourself that all of you is welcome and accepted.
Connecting with others through a heart share, where you can be witnessed in your vulnerability.
Being held and supported in expressing your full spectrum of emotions including rage, grief and pleasure.
Deep connection with yourself, others and your divinity.
