By registering through this link, you are signing up for Cambridge Wide Open Week (10–19 June 2027). This gives you general access to the festival and keeps you updated on all the events happening across the weeks.

What’s included automatically

Ahead of the Open Day, we will share venue-specific registration links together with the full schedule, so you can select the venues and sessions you’d like to attend.
What needs separate registration
Some programmes require separate registration due to their format, venue capacity, hospitality arrangements, and other logistical considerations. These include:
- Ventures Tours (Cambridge, Oxford and London)
- AZ Exchange
- BIA TechBio X
- …and other partner-led events
Once you have registered using this link, your details will be recorded and you will receive a confirmation email. Closer to the event date, we will share the relevant booking links for the above sessions and further joining information, at which point you will be able to formally confirm your place.
