About this Event

Cambridge Wellness Series: The Sleep Reset

Following the sell-out launch event, Gut Health Essentials for Life, the Cambridge Wellness Series returns, and this time, we’re focusing on one of the most overlooked foundations of health and wellbeing: Sleep. The Sleep Reset dives into why sleep matters for our health and what we can do about it.

Sleep affects how we think, feel and function. It influences our mood, our ability to concentrate, our relationships, our stress levels and even our eating habits. Yet for many of us, sleep is the first thing to slip when life is full, stress is high or our routines drift.

When sleep becomes disrupted, it’s easy to get caught in a cycle: the more we worry about not sleeping, the harder it becomes to switch off. The Sleep Reset brings together every day tools and tips to overcome these challenges and help restore your energy, motivation, resilience and overall health.

What to Expect

Cambridge Wellness Series is a series of events bringing people together to explore health and wellness in simple, accessible ways, hosted by Niki Stephenson-Agnes (Cambridge Health Coach) & Jennifer Corbett (rejenerate yoga).

Each event in the series features practitioners with clear, practical insights on health and wellness from gut health and stress management, to movement, nutrition and more.

In The Sleep Reset, Health & Wellbeing Coach Niki Stephenson-Agnes and Yoga Teacher Jennifer Corbett will explore what truly happens during sleep, why so many of us struggle to rest, and how to support the body and mind back into a more natural, steady rhythm.

In this event, you will:
• discover how sleep interacts with hormones, memory, metabolism, stress and overall health
• understand why modern life makes deep rest harder
• learn how simple practices can gently support better sleep
• discover how to create a sleep-friendly environment
• uncover which calming mind–body techniques can help you unwind

Expect evidence-based insights, relatable real-life examples and practical guidance you can begin using straight away.

Ready to invest in the most transformative health habit?

Because when we restore our sleep, we restore ourselves.

Cambridge Wellness Series is designed to be accessible and engaging, with space to connect, ask questions and take away actionable insights and knowledge to optimise your health and wellness beyond the evening. You'll have the chance to meet local practitioners and join a welcoming community focused on conversation, connection and everyday health.

Supported by Hilton Cambridge City Centre, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary drinks and light bites.

This event will be hosted by Hilton Cambridge City Centre, 20 Downing Street, Cambridge CB2 3DT.
