This is an all levels sup yoga class where we will meet at The Beach House at Prospect Lake. We will cover a quick paddle technique and water safety. Then paddle out to our floating dock where we’ll flow on our boards and work our way up to a peak pose and then slowly cool down and end in savasana. Poses you can expect are: down dog, crow, plank pose, tree, warrior 1-3.
***Being able to swim is a prerequisite for this class. Kids above the age of 12 are able to attend but must be able to swim***
