A collabrative pop up dinner with a promising young culinary talent, in Chef Camacho, as he debuts his business "Cambiar Cocina Criolla". Sharing his vision and showcasing his unique perspective on Puerto Rican cuisine. Hosted by Casabuela Café.

This is a set 3 course menu with seafood as the main dish. There will be no substitutions for this event, as the menu presented is what will be served. Beverages, and gratuity are not included in ticket purchase.
