Tween Yoga for Down Regulation:
The years between elementary school and high school are stressful and can be difficult to navigate.
Empower your tween with tools to help recover from stress and build mental resilience.
We will begin class with down regulating exercises, body and breath awareness. We will then stretch to help support rapidly growing bodies. We will end class with guided meditation and relaxation techniques.
This class is for students ages 10-12.
*NO CLASS LABOR DAY, Mon, Sept 1.*
