The constant pressure to hold everything together.

Over time, the nervous system can remain in a near-constant state of stress. Even when we try to rest, the mind keeps racing and the body struggles to settle.

Calm Within Chaos offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

In this guided workshop, we will explore simple practices that help calm the nervous system and create moments of steadiness, even when life around us remains busy.

In this workshop you will:

• learn how to recognize when your nervous system is becoming overwhelmed

• experience grounding practices that help the body return to calm

• explore ways to interrupt the cycle of constant stress

• reconnect with a sense of steadiness within yourself

• leave with simple tools you can return to when life begins to feel like too much

This workshop includes guided practices, reflection, and supportive conversation with other people navigating many of the same pressures.

All are welcome.

How to Prepare:

Simply come as you are.

You may wish to wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook or journal for reflection.

Cost: $25, payable at the event
