Our nervous system plays a powerful role in how we experience stress, healing, intuition, and spiritual connection. When the body is overwhelmed, the mind becomes busy and the heart closes. But when the nervous system feels safe, the body relaxes and deeper spiritual awareness naturally emerges. In this class, taught by Psychic Medium and Reiki Practitioner Helena Falcon, we will explore the connection between the central nervous system and spiritual practices, and how calming the body can open the door to inner peace, clarity, and intuitive awareness. You will learn how stress affects the body and spirit, and experience simple techniques that help regulate the nervous system, including breathing practices, EFT tapping, the healing power of music, and guided meditation. This experiential class will help you understand how to move from a state of tension and survival into a state of calm, balance, and spiritual receptivity. Come discover how regulating the body can deepen your connection to yourself, your intuition, and the present moment. Cost is $30 cash and is held at Hotel Cassadaga. Helena Falcon is a certified Psychic Medium and Reiki Practitioner. She studied extensively in Cassadaga and received her Certification from Delphi University. Helena is a member and a Trustee on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Metaphysics where she came to learn about Ascended Masters. She has been an avid Theosophy student in different geographical locations.
