WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

Depending on the weather plan for layers in case it gets colder as we move towards sunset. oga mat/blankets/ bolster or pillow for your head is suggested since we will be on paved area. Bring water. Eye masks will be available (optional)

What to Bring and Wear:

• Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable layers that allow you to move freely and adapt to changing temperatures. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater as the evening cools.
• Comfortable Shoes: You'll be walking on both dirt and cemented areas during the farm tour, so wear sturdy, comfortable closed toe shoes
• Yoga Mat or Blanket: For the sound bath, bring a yoga mat/ blanket to lie on for maximum comfort.
• Pillows or Bolsters (Optional): If you prefer extra support during the sound bath, feel free to bring pillows or bolsters.
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the event.
• Sun Protection: If it's a sunny day, bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
• An Open Heart: Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with the animals and the healing energy of the farm.

ABOUT KIRSTEN

Join Kirsten Korot Founder of Nature Nurture Experiences. Kirsten has been creating these experiences bringing people, nature, animals and sound healing together since 2012.

Since 2012 Kirsten has been creating these Unique Events bringing people together in groups for a soul nourishing and healing experience combining Mindfulness Meditation & Sound Healing, Nature and Animals together for a reboot, relaxation, stress relief, connection with like-minded people to bring us into our playfulness, joy, hope, curiosity, adventurous big kid energy.

Kirsten works with various nonprofit animal sanctuaries and rescues and these events are a way to help them since a portion of every ticket sold goes directly the the nonprofit to support their care of the animals and work in the community.

Kirsten brings over 25 years of experience as an Intuitive Guide and Coach, Sound Healing Practitioner, Moonologer™,and founder of Nature Nurture Experiences™

Her goal is to help be a guide in the process of bringing personal, spiritual, human and divine parts of yourself into harmony and alignment so that they can bring their magic and light to the world in a way that feels aligned to who they are.
