Calm Kids Sound Healing & Mindfulness Experience with Dr. Triya

Join us for a gentle and engaging after-school experience designed to help children relax, focus, and reconnect.

During this Calm Kids Sound Healing & Mindfulness Experience, children and parents will explore simple breathing techniques, calming sounds, and interactive mindfulness activities designed to support emotional well-being and inner calm.

This interactive session blends:
• Gentle breathing exercises
• Affirmation songs and movement
• Interactive calm poem & body awareness
• Sound healing instruments
• Creative mindfulness activities

Children will leave with simple tools they can use at home, school, and everyday life to manage stress and build calm confidence.

Recommended for children ages 7–11

Parents must stay and are encouraged to participate in this shared family mindfulness experience.

This is a 45-minute experience.
Doors will open promptly at 3:30 PM.

Due to library scheduling, we are not permitted to enter the room before 3:30 PM, and setup will take place at the beginning of the session.

We appreciate your patience as we gently prepare the space for this calming experience.

To help create a peaceful environment for all participants:
• Please arrive on time
• Late arrivals may need to wait briefly for a natural transition point
• Families are encouraged to settle in quietly as the experience begins
