What IS "Tapping"??? Formally known as Emotional Freedom Technique, it combines basic psychology with tapping on acupressure points.

The goal is to release emotion and reduce overall reactivity. The idea is that by focusing on what is triggering us while we calm our body and brain down, we can move through anything that has an emotional grip on us. It is very simple and easily applied to just about anything - stress, anxiety, grief, procrastination, phobias, cravings, even physical pain.

In Kari Wittmann Lata's 25 years of practicing psychotherapy, this is the best technique she has learned for emotional regulation. She teaches it to each and every client that comes through her door.

She will teach us "the basic recipe" and we will practice using it together so you are confident on how to apply this to anything in your own life, even using it with others (including kids).
