The Calm Crow Healing Retreat is one unhurried Saturday at Waggy Creek Homestead, a farm in the quiet valley below South Mountain in Boonsboro, Maryland. Twenty guests. Ten healing sessions. One price, with everything included. Your only job is to walk from one beautiful moment to the next.
You'll leave rested in a way a weekend on the couch never quite manages. Your body will feel looser, your mind quieter, and you'll be a little lighter for having finally set something down.
What your day holds
- A warm cacao ceremony and guided meditation in the tipi
- Four private one-on-one sessions you choose from reiki, massage, healing touch, a personal herbal blend, Thai bodywork, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, or tarot
- Five small-circle sessions with your host and the herd, including ear seeding
- Pasture time with Levi the draft mule and Little Brother the mini donkey (on foot, no riding)
- A one-on-one session with the farm herbalist, plus a personal tincture to take home
- A gluten-free, vegan lunch from Kelley's Farm Kitchen in Harpers Ferry, with time to journal and reflect
- A sound bath in the tipi at golden hour
- A fire releasing ceremony to close the day
Who it's for
This day is for the caregivers, the mothers, the women carrying grief or a hard decision or simply a year that asked too much. It's for anyone curious about bodywork or energy healing who would rather try it under the trees than in a strip mall. No experience is needed, all sessions are fully clothed, and everything is adapted to your comfort. Many guests come with a friend. Many come alone and leave with one.
