You’ll identify where you give, where you receive and where your energy may be leaking without your awareness. With clarity and compassion, you’ll map out simple, supportive ways to move forward with healthier boundaries and deeper self‑connection.

You’ll then settle into a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you soften, release and gather your energy back into your center. Through the soothing resonance of crystal bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll invite your system to recalibrate and welcome home any parts of your energy that have been scattered or left lingering in past experiences. You’ll leave feeling nourished, more grounded and prepared to work more positively with your energetic needs.
