Calling All Inspiration Residents! Join us for a Pure Barre Pop Up Class!

Grab a friend and start your Saturday with a fun and challenging barre class! We will Lift. Tone. Burn. to upbeat and modern music. Our energetic classes work each section of the body using small, isometric movements, stretching in between to create those long, lean muscles!

Please plan to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. For attire, a tank or t-shirt, leggings and tennis shoes or barefeet will work.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and stay a bit after for healthy sips and sweets!
