Your tutor, Helen, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “Join me to learn the art of calligraphy with a modern twist at our Christmas Workshop at the beautiful venue, Our Crafty Place - Ilkeston.
The workshop will be a lovely introduction to calligraphy using pointed pen and ink. It's perfect for beginners or if you have some experience. We will be lettering Christmas cards, gift tags and all things Christmasy 🎄✨️

🕙 Time: 10.00am - 12.30pm

✨ By the end of the workshop you will have created your own beautiful calligraphy piece that you can take home and frame!
✨ Workshop cost: £48. This includes everything you need for the workshop and a personalised calligraphy kit to take home so you can continue to practice even after the workshop. Refreshments are included in the ticket price.

What skills are needed?
Absolutely no experience is necessary. This workshop is ideal for beginners. You will need to hold and direct your pen and have a fairly steady hand. Suitable for both left and right handers.
What are the timings?
This is a relaxed, morning running from 10am to 12.30pm.
Our purple front door will be open from 9.30am so we can welcome you in, you can get to meet Helen and your fellow crafters and grab a cuppa before you start.
How many places are available?
To ensure the quality of your personal experience, the group size is limited to 8 ... Reserve your place today! Limited spaces available but plenty of Christmas cheer!
What is the cost?
£48+ 98p card fee. This includes everything you need for the workshop and a personalised calligraphy kit to take home so you can continue to practice even after the workshop, plus drinks and mince pies during the morning (excluding lunch).
