Οι Calle Vapor είναι ένα Αφρο-λάτιν μουσικό συγκρότημα που ιδρύθηκε το 2006 στην Κόρδοβα της Αργεντινής υπό τη δημιουργική διεύθυνση των Fabricio Boretto και Emiliano Peirone.
Από την ίδρυσή του, η Calle Vapor είναι σταθερή στη δέσμευσή της να ερμηνεύει τους βασικούς ρυθμούς της Αφρο-λάτιν μουσικής, που περιλαμβάνει είδη όπως το Son, το Bolero, το Guaracha, το Cha-cha-cha, το Guajira, ακόμη και το Timba.
Ο ήχος τους περιγράφεται καλύτερα ως μια μοντέρνα και πρωτότυπη μεταφορά όλων αυτών των ρυθμών. Το συγκρότημα παίζει τις δικές του συνθέσεις καθώς και αφρολάτιν κλασικά. Όμως, αντί να καλύπτει απλώς κλασικά, οι Calle Vapor καταφέρνουν να αναδιοργανώσουν τις διασκευές με τρόπο που δίνει στα τραγούδια νέα ενέργεια και με αν και γνώριμο, ήχο εντελώς διαφορετικό από τα πρωτότυπα. Δημιουργεί έναν ήχο μοναδικό για το συγκρότημα, φρέσκο και αναγνωρίσιμο. Απλώς ΞΕΡΕΙΣ ότι παίζουν οι Calle Vapor.
Έτσι τεράστιες παλαιότερες επιτυχίες με τραγούδια όπως τα «Que manera de quererte», «Azuquita pa'l cafe», «Idilio» και πολλά άλλα, έγιναν ξανά εξαιρετικά δημοφιλή με τη ήχο των Calle Vapor.
Μέχρι στιγμής, οι Calle Vapor είναι ένα από τα πιο δημοφιλή συγκροτήματα στις πίστες σε όλο τον κόσμο, αγαπημένα μεταξύ DJ's, χορευτών και μουσικόφιλων.
Το συγκρότημα έχει κυκλοφορήσει 9 άλμπουμ και συνεχίζει να προσκαλεί κόσμο στην πίστα σε όλες τις γωνιές του πλανήτη.

Their sound can best be described as a modern and original take on all these rhythms. The band plays their own compositions as well as Afro-latin classics. But instead of simply covering classics, Calle Vapor manages to re-arrange the arrangements in a way that gives the songs new energy, and although familiar, sound completely different from the originals. Although huge hits before, songs like ‘Que manera de quererte’, ‘Azuquita pa’l cafe’, ‘Idilio’ and many others became immensely popular again with the Calle Vapor flavor.
