Call to Entry Application Clinic

A 1.5-hour December 5, 2027 working session where artists pull everything their Call for Entry application needs from their records and leave with it ready to submit.

Who it's for: artists applying to any juried fair or call with a similar application.

Where: LINNcinnati, Studio 214

Students leave with:

• Their strongest 5 to 8 works chosen, with consistent titles, media and dimensions
• Image files named and sized for upload
• A drafted artist statement or short bio, reviewed in the room
• A checklist of what's left, with the deadline on their schedule
• The knowledge of how to make Reports and Documents needed to apply for CFE in the new year!

What to Bring:

• Laptop and charger (a tablet works but is slower for data entry)
• An idea of what Call for Entry you want to apply for is ideal, but not required -- we can search in Artwork Archive!
• Artwork Archive login details
• Whatever you use to track your work now: spreadsheets, notebooks, receipts, price lists, a folder of photos
• High-resolution images of the shortlisted works you want to enter
• Any existing artist statement, bio or CV
• A booth photo, if you have one, and it's applicable.
