See you on the dance floor!** Please note that the dance starts at Warm up. The doors close promptly at Opening Circle and any that come late will be turned away. Please be on time to ensure a safe and secure container. **

Intention: Call of the Wild
What hidden places in you ache to be danced into being? Shame and judgement can shut down parts of ourselves that may be longing to be in the light. This is your invitation to surrender the mask, to move not for form but for freedom. Let the rhythms unfasten your spirit and the dance reveal the raw, radiant truth of who you are when no one is watching. Come, be unmade. Come, bring your wildness out to play in this container of safety, respect and liberation.
About DJ Kristikka: Kristikka discovered 5Rhythms in Los Angeles in the 90s but it wasn’t until she landed in Austin that this practice took hold of her in a big way. Now, after decades of dancing, she’s stepping into facilitating this sacred practice by training with the ecstatic dance OG O’skar Madera and mentoring with DJ Esme.
