Call for Vendors for "Music in the Garden"

We are excited to announce that we have musicians booked every Friday evening, through June, from 6:30-9:30 and would like to have a food truck, as well as 15-20 arts/crafts vendors. Music in the Garden is something new I’m trying so I’m keeping the vendor fee at $15/space this year. This is a BYOB event and the entrance fee for the public is $5/ adult w/ 13 & under free. Below are the musicians that I have booked so far. Just let me know what date(s) you are wanting to attend, I’ll let you know if I still have space, and then pay the vendor fee for the dates and you’ll be set. [email protected]
Musician plays from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, vendor set-up begins at 4:00. Make sure you’re set-up prior to 6:30 start time.
Fee for Vendors/Food Truck: $15/10’x10’ space
Deadline to apply: Until all spaces are full.

Spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft and vendors will be set up along the walking paths of our garden. The food truck will be hooked up to a 50 amp outlet up by our 30 ft diameter gazebo. You will be able to drive up to your space and drop off your material and then park your vehicle. You provide your own tables, chairs, tent/canopy, and wi-fi. Sorry, no generators. Let us know if you will require electricity, and we will provide a drop cord to your location. (limited number of electrical outlets available) As stated, we will be providing a 50 amp outlet for the food truck.
We will review applications in the order they are submitted and we will notify you whether your application has been approved or not. Acceptance of your application to participate in this market is not guaranteed. Payment may be made with cash, credit card w/square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Apple Pay.
