Greetings!The grand reveal of ????? ??? ??????: ?????? ?? is finally here, and this year Team IUTPS is back with bigger plans, bolder ideas, and a stage ready to showcase the best in photography. Despite the challenges, the long-awaited moment has arrived — the Call for Entries is now officially open. This is your chance to be part of one of the country’s most celebrated photography exhibitions.

Photo Submission Starts: 10th August 2025 (23:00:01 BD Local Time)
Last Date of Submission: 26th September 2025 (23:59:59 BD Local Time)
**ELIGIBILITY**

Photographers around the world (within the age limit) are eligible to submit their works.
Participants must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a Student ID Card/National ID/Passport no or other necessary documents if required.

Theme: Open
Medium: DSLR/Mobile/PNS
*Each participant can submit at most ?? ?????? in a single section. A participant can submit in both Colors and Black & White.
*All kinds of HDR, Digital Photo Composite, or Photo Montage are allowed in Single Photos. In the case of digital photo composite or photo montage, all used Photos must be taken by the Photographers. (Proof of capture might be required if it is necessary)

Photo Stories or Photo Series including (but not restricted to) journalism, personal stories, and creative/conceptual will be accepted. Photographers can use any type of photo manipulation to express his/her creativity. And all the photos should be coherent that share a common theme.
*Each participant can submit at most ? ????? ???????/?????? in this section. A participant can submit in both Colors and Black & White.
*Number of photos per story: ??? ? ?? ??? ??

1. Renaming the .zip files:
Rename the .zip file as
Institution name_Participant’s name_Mobile no
For example:

2. Renaming the Photos:
Each photo should follow this naming convention-
Institution Name_Participant’s name_Category_Mobile no_Serial no
For example:

If you are not a student and you are a job holder or businessman, you will have to mention the name of that institution, if not then you may write as:
Freelancer_Participant’s name_Category_Mobile no_Serial no
3. Resolution:
??? ????/??? ??????????
Must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 3000 pixels on the longer side. The minimum resolution is 300 dpi.

Must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 2400 pixels on the longer side.
4. No watermark or border is allowed.
5. The .doc File:
(No entries will be accepted without the .doc file)
The email must contain a .doc file with the required information:
• Participant name
• Institution name
• Address
• Contact number
• Email address
• T-Shirt Size
6. After the Submission of the email, you have to confirm your submission by posting on this Event’s Discussions. Include the following information in your post: Email Address & Number of Photographs submitted.

*Submission of photos exhibited previously in any other exhibition is strongly discouraged.
*Submission of photos exhibited in previous seasons of Break the Circle will be disqualified without any notice.
*Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud.
*The photograph must be the sole work of the entrant. By entering, the entrant confirms that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity and that no other party has any right, title, and claim in the photograph.
*The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
*Photographers will be notified about the registration process, fees, and deadlines after the results are published. If any ‘selected’ photographer fails to complete the registration process within the registration deadline his/her photograph(s) will be disqualified and priority will be given to the waiting list.
*Judges & curators hold the right of altering any selected images. (like, cropping, conversion to black and white, flipping, etc.)
*IUTPS holds the right to examine the authenticity of the photograph/source material in order to confirm compliance with these rules.
*IUTPS can use the submitted photographs for promotional activities, but IUTPS will not use any photograph for business purposes.
*Photos with watermarks are not eligible for submission.

If, for any reason, the exhibition is not capable of running as planned or any other causes beyond the control of IUTPS that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this exhibition, IUTPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify any photographs or suspend the exhibition.
