Collaboration in art-making is a powerful tool for expanding one’s practice and developing new techniques. Groups of two or more ArtsWorcester members are invited to submit their collaborative works to Fusion, a juried exhibition.
Artworks submitted to Fusion may have any theme and may be in any medium. At least two artists must have worked in collaboration on each submission. Membership to ArtsWorcester is required for all participating artists.
Each collaboration may submit up to three pieces for consideration.
Note: One artist should complete the submission form via Submittable, and will be asked to list all collaborating artists. Please do not submit the same artwork multiple times under each artist’s name. Initial notifications of the juror’s choices will go through Submittable to the submitting artist’s email.
This is a juried exhibition, meaning that the jurors will consider all eligible submissions and select some artworks to be shown at ArtsWorcester. All media are welcome, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, fiber, fine craft, digital art, and video.
Fusion will be juried by artists, educators, and collaborators Brad Chapman Bleau and Stacey Parker, Mary Cosgrove Dolphin Gallery at Worcester State University.
