POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Call Center Experience Preferred!

Call Center Agent - (Starts at $16 /hr + Evening and weekend shift differentials)

Position Hours: Full-Time: Monday-Thursday - 10:30am-8pm, Rotating Friday/Saturday: Fridays 9am-430pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm

Start Date: December 9th or January 6th

What you can expect in this position:

Your excellent customer service experience is needed to reach out to our current and previous blood donors. You will schedule them to come in and donate live-saving blood, which serves our local hospitals.

What you will need for this position:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical
