Come workout with other calisthenics enthusiasts. All are welcome from beginners to advanced. For beginners, there will be guidance and training assistance.
For advanced you will get to train alongside serious calisthenics pros. Either way you will be training in a unique facility, a gymnastics gym, giving you the ability to level up your strength and skills safely.
$25 for calisthenics training, coaching and to use the gymnastics facility. payment will be collected by cash, venmo or zelle upon arrival.

Following the calisthenics class (at 12 noon on the same day) will be a flip class where you can learn to backflip in less than an hour.
