Essentials: SB 553 Workplace Violence Prevention Training (90 minutes class)

In this Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) class you will:

• Understand the different types of Workplace Violence
• Have a better understanding of human behaviors and what should be reported
• Learn the different forms of domestic violence, stats of domestic violence, the impact, and the long term effects
• Dive into and discuss the different tools and methods already in place that can be used towards satisfying the WVPP requirements
• Identity sub plans within the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan
• Learn the different forms and logs needed to accompany the WVPP and what is required in each
• Confidently walk away knowing what the requirements are to satisfy the mandates, how to draft the written plan, stakeholder identification and plan in place for training
• Obtain a reference for the 13 Elements comprised in the WVPP
