California Legislative Black Caucus presents JUNETEENTH 2026!
About this Event
The California Legislative Black Caucus is honored to host a community concert on the West Steps of the California State Capitol to celebrate the rich history of Juneteenth.
This celebration coincides with the Legislature's annual commemoration of Juneteenth Freedom Day and the Governor's annual proclamation of the state holiday!
All are welcome to join this open-air concert in Capitol Park, at no charge to community members.
Attendees may bring water, food, platform umbrellas, lawn chairs, and items intended for an open park atmosphere. The weather is warming up! Dress accordingly and remember your subscreen!
Note: State law prohibits open flames, personal motorized vehicles, or weapons of any kind in Capitol Park.
