About CGSC

We bring together organizations throughout California that are committed to informing and motivating girls and all youth to pursue curiosity and careers in STEM, serving as a regional network of the National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP). We do this through networking and collaboration, compiling and sharing applicable STEM resources and research, and providing and sharing opportunities for professional development and advocacy within California.

What to expect

An opportunity to make connections and build a network of folks supporting STEM across the state! You will...

• Learn more about CGSC and give input into how we can support your work
• Discuss top-of-mind concerns and questions--both with organizations with similar audiences and goals, and with diverse groups across the collaborative
• Network while doing hands-on science activities and enjoying snacks and drinks!
• Share about your programs and leave with tangible next steps!

But I'm not in the Bay Area...

We're holding this first in-person networking event in the San Francisco Bay Area where many of our Advisory Board members are based, and Excelsior Mission Workshop has generously offered to host!
