Designed to restore your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to yourself… all without giving up your entire weekend.

Your day includes four inspiring workshops led by experienced and compassionate facilitators, plus numerous amenities:

• Full-body stretch flow activation overlooking the Calibu vineyard

• Restorative sound bath with EFT tapping, Reiki & guided meditation

• A guided journaling session for clarity, tranquility & joy

• An intuitive collage experience to explore your subconscious and deepen self-awareness

• Integration/ Restorative stretch flow & tea to close

• Art walk in the orchard featuring participant creations

Set across our private four-acre property, you’ll move between sessions along winding nature trails, beneath mature oak trees, alongside a peaceful creek with gentle waterfalls.

Enjoy a nourishing lunch in the vineyard, refreshments throughout the day, and time to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Come nurture yourself - and give back to others in the process...

Proceeds support scholarships for individuals who cannot afford alternative wellness services, and fund outreach programs for underprivileged youth, students, and student-athletes.
