Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation through the art of movement at Calibrate: A Healing Journey Through Movement.
About this Event

Join us on Sunday, February 12 at 6pm for our 5th “Calibrate”, where we will explore the playground of the body and our potential to expand our consciousness through movement.

Calibrate creates a safe and welcoming space for individuals from all backgrounds to connect with their inner selves, through the medium of movement.

We will access our innate intuition through improvisation and somatic breathwork, creating new energtic pathways, broadening our movement vocabulary, and stabilizing our nervous system. The body will serve as a means of growth and a way to form deeper connections with others. We will use creative movement to warm, mobilize, and challenge the body, responding to live music with various textures, intensities, and qualities. We will also focus strengthening the muscle of Presence and our willingness to be witnessed by a community of movers.

After the movement practice, join us for an integrative social hour at Squatch Frontier Fitness. This is an opportunity to tap into our evolutionary instincts and connect with our community. Enjoy live music, complimentary mocktails and gather around the fire pits to engage in meaningful conversations with new friends, all while tapping into our primal need for connection and community.
