Welcome to our classes at Kuhlers dansskola! ??The idea behind these classes is that we all learn simple routines in the Salsa Caleña style while enjoying the energetic Salsa musik and getting a good workout as a result.
Our focus is on encouraging people to rejoice in the dance without feeling the pressure to perform for others.
We dance to express our joy in the music and ourselves.
Every class is a 2 hours long drop-in class, independent of each other, so that you can choose which Sundays you prefer to go, without feeling like you missed some vital elements in a class you could not attend. It is done in this way to empower us to continue without feeling that we are falling behind.
We will aim to create an equal focus on the proper warmup, steps themselves and partner work.
Each time we will bring a short routine to get our teeth into during the class. Before we know it we will have learned a fun and easy collection of Caleña-style steps we can play with on the next visit to the dance floor.
