This year's theme is "BLOOM''. Being yourself blooms in the presence of SELF-LOVE, SELF-DISCOVERY, ACCEPTANCE & RESILIENCE. Every child blooms at a different pace. Each of us is shaped by different combinations of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, beliefs, and personality traits, and these are the aspects that made us who we truly are. No matter what skin colour we have, we are all the same and equal. These are the messages we want to amplify on every runway and in this first-ever Calgary Kids Fashion Week. We want to be a part of every child’s transformation to be the best version of themselves as they love who they are, as a confident individual and to be humble while keeping their feet on the ground. So, let’s bloom to make the whole community beautiful with the fragrance of joy. In this challenging time, let’s bloom together. Let us make a great impact. “LOVE YOURSELF, BE CONFIDENT, STAY HUMBLE.”
