Caldicot Castle and Country Park Dark Run

It’s time to glow crazy for Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice and have fun in the dark! Run, jog or walk, join with friends, take your family or do it solo the choice is yours!

We can’t wait to light up Caldicot Castle and Country Park and see everyone waving their glow sticks in aid of local families.

This epic 2k spooky fun run starts by heading out to the gardens and wooded country park, but don’t fret – they won’t be too scary for the little ones!

Fancy dress is optional but strongly encouraged – think bright neon colours and Halloween dress up! - and we’ll be giving a prize for the best costume.

Sign up today and you will ensure that we can continue to be there for every family who needs us.

Registration will open at 17:45pm with a set off time at 18:30pm – there is no time limit to complete the route in.

What you need to know

Every child must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Each adult can accompany a maximum of three children.

Everyone must bring a headtorch.

Event parking will be available at the Castle Gate Business Park near the venue.

A coffee van will be available selling drinks and snacks.

This is a dog-friendly event. Please note:

· One dog is allowed per participant.

· Your dog must be kept at your side on a short, handheld, non-extendable lead.

· It is not permitted to participate with a pushchair and a dog at the same time.

The event is partially wheelchair accessible (please contact [email protected] to find out more).

Pushchairs are allowed.

Toilets are available.
