A colorful Día de los Muertos evening is coming to The Studio. 💀🌮✨
Step inside The Studio for a cozy, candlelit evening of painting, tea, wine, tacos, festive bites, and a little Día de los Muertos magic.
For this special evening, you'll create our Calaveras & Tacos Calavera: a whimsical sugar-skull-inspired painting filled with colorful details and plenty of personality.
It's festive, quirky, colorful, and designed to be completely your own.
No painting experience is needed.
Your 8x10 canvas will be pre-drawn, so you won't be starting with a blank canvas. We'll provide your paints, brushes, and a finished reference piece to guide you. Follow our example, play with the colors, add your own details, or give your calavera an entirely different personality.
And this isn't one of those painting nights where you're so busy trying to keep up that you forget to enjoy yourself.
At The Studio, the art is only part of the evening.
Your Evening Includes
Your ticket includes your 8x10 pre-drawn calavera canvas, all painting supplies, tea, wine, and our Calaveras & Tacos small-bites experience.
Our three-tiered stands will feature street-style tacos, chips with salsa and guacamole, and petite Mexican-inspired sweets, including mini conchas and cookies.
We'll have everything waiting for you when you arrive.
Settle into your seat, pour some tea, sip your wine, grab a taco, nibble while you paint, talk with your friends, and take your time.
More Gathering, Less "Art Class"
The Studio isn't quite a traditional painting class, tea room, or restaurant.
It's a little bit of all three.
Our evenings are designed around gathering first. We want you to have time to eat, drink, talk, laugh, paint, and actually enjoy the people you came with.
Perfect every colorful detail of your calavera or spend half the night deciding between your paintbrush, your wine glass, and another taco.
We won't judge. 😉
At the end of the evening, your Calaveras & Tacos masterpiece is yours to take home.
The Atmosphere
Think candlelight, vintage details, lace-covered tables, teacups, wine glasses, and the tucked-away feeling of a little hidden speakeasy where you can settle in and stay awhile.
The Studio is intimate, relaxed, and just a little unexpected. For Calaveras & Tacos, we're adding colorful Día de los Muertos touches, flickering candles, and festive details while keeping the cozy vintage atmosphere.
Día de los Muertos-inspired attire and festive touches are always welcome, but never required. Come dressed up or simply come exactly as you are.
Bring your best friend, your sister, your date, your favorite taco enthusiast, or come on your own and find a place at our table.
