Cal Poly Alumni — Los Angeles Community (West) Founders Day Celebration

Alumni and friends are invited to celebrate Cal Poly’s founding from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, at Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management's new office space (2437 Main St, Santa Monica, CA 90405).

Cal Poly’s story began March 8, 1901, when Gov. Henry Gage signed legislation creating the university after a successful grassroots effort led by journalist Myron Angel and local supporters. This Founders Day, we’re celebrating 125 years of Learn by Doing and Mustang pride!

The Cal Poly Alumni — Los Angeles Community and our generous sponsors at Gerber Kawasaki hope you'll enjoy mixing and mingling with fellow Mustangs and supporters over light snacks and mimosas. Show off your green and gold, hear from leadership from Cal Poly's Alumni Engagement office and enjoy celebrating everything you love about Cal Poly.

Tickets are $15 and include two drink tickets, cheese and charcuterie, and this year’s limited-edition Cal Poly Founders Day swag. The event is open to Cal Poly alumni and supporters of all ages.

Space is limited. Registration closes on Friday, Feb. 27 or when sold out.
