Create a versatile serving piece that’s both fun and functional! In this beginner-friendly class, participants will create a cake stand that can be flipped to double as a chip-and-dip platter. Using simple handbuilding techniques, you’ll shape the base and serving surface while adding texture and personal details to make it uniquely yours. Finished pieces will need 3 weeks to dry and be kiln fired. Then, return to the studio to glaze your masterpiece! Age 16 and up. Tickets are nonrefundable.- All pottery not picked up within 60 days will be subject to donation.
-Clay can get messy, but washes out easily. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty!
-All aprons, supplies, clay, glazing, and firings are included.
