About this Event
Course Description: Cake Decorating is a course designed for anyone interested in learning the art of decorating cakes. This course will teach you the fundamental techniques and skills needed to create beautifully decorated cakes for any occasion. From basic piping techniques to advanced fondant designs, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to create stunning cakes that will impress your friends and family. Join us and unlock your creativity in the world of cake decorating!
• Master the art of working with fondant, gum paste and edible lace
• Explore techniques for creating decorative borders and patterns
• Develop the skills to create themed cakes for special occasions
This course is taught by Betty Adams
CLASS DATES: TUESDAYS 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7

If the instructor has to cancel a class for any reason, a makeup class will be offered.
All Lee County Lifelong Learning classes must meet a minimum student enrollment or the class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
