Cake Decorating Class- Vintage Style!

In this class, students will get an introductory class to decorating with buttercream and using piping tools to create ruffles, swags, and rosettes. Gain confidence in your piping skills, have a great time with other students, and enjoy a fun, approachable learning environment.
Complimentary glass of bubbly to enjoy while you decorate! (must be 21+ to partake, obvs). As always, our classes are about gaining confidence and creativity, not about being perfect... so relax those shoulders and play with your food!

In the class, you'll

• Learn and practice several different piping techniques
• Gain confidence working with a pastry bag and icing tips
• Instructor will demonstrate & explain techniques and be available for assistance with your hands on practice
• Learn decorating tips you can apply to other recipes
• Learn best practices for working with buttercream and take home our classic buttercream recipe
• Enjoy a small class size and learn alongside fun folks
• Take home a ready-to-eat cake that you decorated yourself! All cakes will 6" (serve 4-6) vanilla cake + vanilla buttercream.

ABOUT MUDDY'S HANDS-ON BAKING CLASSES

Muddy's hands-on baking classes are in-depth AND fun! Class sizes are small so students have ample opportunity for guidance & questions. Your instructor will demonstrate every step of the recipe and be available as you try each step yourself. You will have your own work table and will complete the entire recipe... and of course, you'll leave with your goodies!

Who should participate? Anyone age 15+ who is looking to learn, wants to have fun, or just enjoys baking in company.

Are classes wheelchair accessible? Our tables are height-adjustable, so if you need special accommodations, just let us know ahead of time and we'll be sure to have the table and your spot all ready for you!

What about cancellations? Classes are small and space is limited, so all ticket sales are final. Please check the date/time carefully before booking. If you cannot make it to your class, you may gift your ticket to a friend. If Muddy's must cancel the event for any reason, we will inform you asap and fully refund your ticket.
