In this Community Connections Program at Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center you will learn how to create this fondant cake design inspired by nature itself! In this class we welcome Chef Allen back to our Innovation Center where you will work with fondant and create a marble fondant effect, carve cake, and learn how to make your geode using edible crystals! You will be standing and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
