Cake Decorating 101

Join us for a delightful journey into the world of cake decorating with Back 2 Basics Cooking! Based in Columbia, Missouri, we're offering an engaging, hands-on class led by Chef Ashley. You'll learn the basics from leveling, filling and stacking your cakes, the crumb coat to the final coat, and how to use a piping bag, coupler, and the basics of piping tip including how to pipe a basic rose and leaves, all designed to elevate your at-home cake-decorating skills.
Our class is open to adults and kids aged 7-12 who are accompanied by an adult, and junior chefs aged 13 and above can join solo. Tickets are $90 per person with no hidden charges or processing fees, everything needed is included!
We understand life happens, so we offer full credit towards another class if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. If the class you'd like isn't available, it's likely full. For groups of 5-10 people, we also offer private classes.
