In this beginner-friendly course, Mireya Zapata teaches the essentials of cake decorating using buttercream, royal icing, and fondant. You'll learn how to color icing, adjust its consistency, control piping techniques like bag angle and pressure, and work with couplers and decorating tips. Students will also create beautiful handmade royal icing flowers and apply them to cakes using a variety of tools and equipment.Registration is $145. All materials provided.
