Create a special cajita to honor your ancestors. These special Memory boxes made of recycled materials are decorated with a special person or theme in mind. Participants will bring their own photographs and any additional decorations they want to include. All other supplies including boxes, colored and patterned paper, trims, and other fun notions will be provided. The workshop will be lead by Cultural Coalition's Executive Director, Carmen Guerrero.
This workshop takes place Wednesday, October 15th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Mask Alive Art Collection Gallery located in suite 1155 at the Arizona Center.
Workshop Price: $30 including taxes and fees covers some materials (not including personal touches), support of the artist, and a donation to Cultural Coalition
