Caffe Lena School of Music: Jam Circle

Making music with others is healthy, fun and energizing! We invite you to rekindle your love of making music while connecting with
new friends at Caffe Lena

Wednesday afternoons

Sept 14 - Nov 16, 2022 from 2pm - 3pm. $175

Guitars, ukuleles, fiddles, bass, mandolin and even banjos available.

All levels of experience are welcome.

This ten-week program will get you playing along with new friends in no time! Master a few chords, practice keeping rhythm, learn

how to improvise on a new song, and gain proper "jam etiquette." Please refresh playing the following cords on your instrument:: G, C, D, A. Bring your own instrument or borrow one from Caffe Lena.

Run in a class format with ample time to practice playing, the sessions will build on each other culminating in a recital for friends
and family at the end.

Facilitated by experienced jam leaders Harold & Carol Shippey, with Bill Hebert on guitar, we’ll work up favorites from all sorts of genres from Folk to Gospel,
Rock to Crooners and back again.
