About this Event
In order to improve the mental health of our community, we must first work to remove the stigma and negativity around it. Join us for our first ever event where we meet our community where they are to talk about important mental health topics while sharing space, culture, and of course a little cafecito and music.
Join us on Wednesday, October 5th at Cafe Azteca where Dr. Robles-Ramamurthy will facilitate some important discussion and activities around mental health in our community.
The event is free, family-friendly and we encourage everyone in the community to join us for coffee, music and community building. We can't fix what we don't acknowledge and this is an important step in bringing important awareness about our mental health to our community.
Zócalo Health will be sponsoring the cafecito and pan de dulce.
