At Cafe IW: Marketing Trends, we’ll hear from Cooper Munroe, CEO of The Motherhood, on influencer marketing, Jibril Washington, Founder of Intrinsic Media Company, on how to make the most of video marketing, and Jeff Gapinski, CMO of Huemor, on SEO. Learn from these local experts on how to navigate and make the most of these trends while enhancing your company’s marketing. This panel discussion will be moderated by Drake Som, CPO of Sitewiz and a top 5 Rising Influencer in the 2024 Experimentation Thought Leader Awards.

Drake Som is the CPO of Sitewiz, a startup building AI for experimentation (A/B testing) velocity. Drake was nominated as a top 5 Rising Influencer in the 2024 Experimentation Thought Leader Awards and was named an Andrew Carnegie Scholar (40 “best and brightest seniors" university-wide) at Carnegie Mellon University while studying product management and human-computer interaction.
Cooper Munroe, CEO of The Motherhood Inc., is an award-winning influencer marketing expert with 30 years experience working in public relations and marketing for the world’s leading agencies, consumer brands and non-profits
Recently named one of PR News Top 50 Game-Changers of PR, as well as the the PRSA Renaissance Communicator of the Year, Cooper has also won the Business Women First Award, the Enterprising Women of the Year Award, Outstanding Achievement in Media Award from Media Association of Pittsburgh, a Top Ten Power Mom on the Web by Parents Magazine, a Person of the Week by ABC News, and has coined a New York Times “Buzzword of the Year.” Under Cooper’s leadership, The Motherhood Inc. was named one of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing companies and second fastest growing marketing agency.
Cooper currently serves on the board of directors of Fred Rogers Productions and UPMC Shadyside Hospital Foundation, as well as on the advisory board of Mums Village in Kenya, Africa. She is also an Official Member of Forbes Agency Council.
Cooper has also served on numerous, additional advisory boards including One.org, Kimberly-Clark, ConAgra Foods, National Wildlife Federation, Care.com and MomsRising.org.
Jibril Washington is a Filmmaker, Creative Director, and founder of Intrinsic Media Company from Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from Taylor Allderdice high school, he went to Penn State University where he became a student-athlete and studied Communications, Journalism, and Theatre Arts. After receiving his degree in 2019, he moved to New York City (NYC) to be a production assistant at the NBA/WNBA (Womens/National Basketball Association) league office. In 2020, Intrinsic Media, a video production and creative agency.
Jibril also serves as the filmmaking fellowship coordinator at the Pop District's Warhol Academy, an initiative of the Andy Warhol Museum.
Jeff Gapinski is the CMO and founder of Huemor.
