The Tour of America’s Dairyland finale returns to the Tosa Village on Sunday, June 23! The Tosa Village Classic features a course that winds through the charming, European-like atmosphere of the Village. Road Closures:
Access to the Village will be limited and primarily foot traffic only from 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 23. There will be several designated crosswalks staffed throughout the event to allow spectators, residents, and business staff to enter and exit the area.
