About this Event
Oscar’s layers was written for kids in care about being in care. But all children can learn from this story main learning topics are;
All families are different it’s about who loves you and keeps you safe
It’s brave to ask for help!
What to expect on the day:
Kids will be able to listen to the book by the author reading it and then after will have the chance to draw what their family looks like so they can look at their drawing whenever they want and remember that they are loved!
They will learn about foster care in a child friendly way!
And the weeks leading up will have a chance to participate in a colour in competition to win a prize! If your child/ren want to participate please email me for a printable page at: [email protected]
